Last Century – 12 Angry Men

28 Mar

I must say this is not the first time I see this movie, this second time however, I really paid attention 🙂

Why can't we get along.

This film from 1957 is one of the great classics for obvious reasons, back then movies were taken seriously, and viewers were not underestimated.

The granddaddy of all the jury rooms you have ever seen, an engaging tale of 12 “gentlemen” deciding the future of one man.

The whole process is fascinating, the discussion and the logic involved are dynamic and the movie dances swiftly from one man to the other to find out the verdict.

I think you have to see this movie, because it has the power to grab your attention to 12 man and there is no sport involved.

The best black and white movie hands down. No action, the whole film is more or less in one room, but very few films can grip you as well as this one. Courtroom epic with deep emotional undercurrents. Fonda is boss here.

There was some action if you ask me, there is so much movement and aggression. I agree on Fonda, he also game an idea and you will know about it soon.

Have your say
